Product Warranty

Decrolux products are recommended to be installed and maintained in accordance with the relevant Decrolux installation instructions. Decrolux recommends all its products to be installed by a qualified and licenced electrical contractor, in accordance with AS/NZ3000. All fittings are to be used and maintained in accordance with our standard operating conditions. In the circumstance where a customer is in doubt or not able to see the relevant Decrolux Lighting installations instructions, it is recommended to consult with a Decrolux lighting specialist by calling 1300 827 284.

Warranty will be void when fittings are mistreated, abused, or used in situations they aren't intended for. Warranty will also be void if lights not installed by a licenced electrician.

**Removing a 2-pin or 3-pin plug, and hard-wiring the fitting does not void the warranty, as long as it installed correctly and by a qualified person. **
