Located in the Garden suburb of Bentleigh Victoria, the development amalgamated the existing housing vernacular with the contemporary architectural forms and lifestyle focus.

Economical planning ensured four townhouses over two levels while providing generous landscaped frontage, private grassed open spaces, undercover outdoor entertaining areas and intimate decked spaces. The floor plan incorporates a trio of spacious living areas, including a sun-flooded lounge, upper level rumpus and expansive family domain that effortlessly merges outdoors to an entering alfresco.

Initially this project lead came from the Builder looking for a more cost-effective lighting package. Working directly with the Architect from this point, Decrolux was able to offer lighting solutions to be used throughout the project.

Once the lighting package had been approved, we supplied the lights through the Electrical Wholesaler in Victoria. We enjoyed working together with all parties throughout the design and also the installation process.
